Take the A490 Llanfyllin road out of Welshpool.  Follow this for about 3 miles, then turn left on the B4392 at Groeslwyd. 

Follow this road for about 2.5 miles, then turn sharp left by an old school.  Trefnant Isaf is the second turning on the right.
