A spacious sitting room, with a fine beamed ceiling,

tv/freeview, fire and double glazing adjoins the open plan

kitchen, which is well equipped with an electric cooker, a

fridge and a microwave oven.

Upstairs, where there are more exposed timbers, there is the

main double bedroom, a second bedroom with two full width

bunk-beds and a shower room.

The spacious garden has a picnic bench and swings, and

offers sweeping views over the farm to the hills beyond. 

Trefnant Isaf Farm is well-endowned with streams  and

woodlands, sustainig a rich and varied bird-life.  You can

enjoy fine walks on the farm and in the surrounding

countryside - indeed Glyndwr's Way National Trail passess

within 500 metres of the cottage.
